Change for a better future

Setting out to improve the world is both terrifying and exciting. I recently came to the conclusion that we all have the ability to effect change. I classify these changes as Creation, Sustain, or Destruction, each with its own weight and significance. Creation entails bringing new things into being, whereas destruction entails changing or deleting existing elements. Sustaining aims to nurture and preserve what currently exists. This triangle emphasizes the value of balance in our approach to change.

However, it is critical to recognize that change begins with us. By mastering self-awareness and emotional control, we may effectively traverse the complexity of creating change on the outside. After all, our psychological state has a huge influence on our ability to create change in the world. Striking this balance ensures that our positive change activities are long-term and effective. It's similar to having a sturdy foundation before building a big structure; without it, our efforts risk failing midway.

In essence, self-transformation acts as a catalyst for larger society change. However, we must show moderation and attention in our activities, lest our eagerness for change result in unexpected repercussions. I've learnt from experience that unbridled enthusiasm may sometimes lead to excess. As a result, let us approach change with humility, acknowledging its ability to influence not only our external reality but also our inner selves.
